All the data will be available in our system so that it will be convenient for you to transact at our branch in your subsequent visits.
1. Branch Visit
You can visit our branches with your original valid ID to transfer funds.
2. Registration
We will register you in our system by obtaining your basic KYC details including Your Tax Payer Identification Number (TPIN).
3. Beneficiary
Thereafter Beneficiary details will be required.
4. Processing
We will process the transaction after collecting the funds from you.
Receive Money
1. Branch Visit
You can visit our branch with your original valid ID.
2. ID & Pin
You will be required to share your ID, Tax Payer Identification Number (TPIN) and secret PIN to our frontline staff.
3. Verification
Your original ID and secret PIN will be verified and confirmed in the system.
4. Payment
The amount will be paid out to you.
